Just went to check my memory ... NWH 4c was week of 8/2/16 but jumped massively the following week (quadrupled to over 16c)... they got a speeding ticket then announced they were preferred contractor for the Airport project a week later.

Can’t remember what I’d initially bought at ... but it was closer to your $1.80 high than your 12c low! I was watching the SP at the time as I had quoted for some minor (but specialist) materials for all three of the groups that were tendering for the Airport-Forrestfield link. I had to declare my interest to my CEO ... a bit embarrassing at the time given where the NWH share price was and what I’d paid for them. I couldn’t trade at the time given my involvement with the tender and various confidentiality agreements etc Id signed.

Thing is - it was that experience with dealing with a NWH that convinced me to hold them. NWH was the most efficient tenderer by far - they asked and got all the relevant info but didn’t waste heaps of time on irrelevant details and legalities (as their competitors did). That faith in my one professional interaction with NWH led me to buy more on the way up .... unfortunately I didn’t jump in as soon as I could so my lowest tranche was in the 40s (so no where near your 12c) ... but I think my faith and judgement in their no-nonsense capability has still led to one of my better investment calls.
