That canary has been chirping 'cheap.....cheap' for some time.
The next (interim) TP/Resistance test is @ $2.82c. on the DAILY LR chart.......followed by the major TP/Resistance test @ $2.95c. on the WEEKLY LR chart.
Cheers........and keeping in mind the closing price is the one that matters.
