(Although I did buy it after viewing it was still in the local eatery I’d already been to earlier that day.)

But coming back to YOU Saragian, and your deft dealings with my transparent delight in you.

- That you took up your charting subscription again has been cause of great happiness to many although few put it to tongue, Mr always-elusive, multi-talented, Incredible{charts}, Bond’s the name …Um …. Cleverboots.

And FWIW the reason I am occasionally addicted to that Tiramisu is it’s basically the same recipe as the one found on the Recipe Tin Eats site taken from a Vanessa Martin SBS recipe.
And it rocks
Good coffee and marsala-dampened sponge fingers trifled into a featherlight cream of mascarpone and raw egg whip then left a bit to settle is simple as ..
And a true classic.
