LOL ........ if I moved the offset capital temporarily into NRW then after the price goes up that would help with the ‘strive to become debt free’ adage ...

And even though I strongly believe at these prices NWH is still a great buy I have already invested enough and if I was going to throw logs on the fire here, there were plenty of opportunities under $1.70 when I chucked in various branches and sticks but no logs....
