For a start no-one just "falls over dead" when they have a flu. They get sick, sicker and sicker, lie down and may die - but probably not.
So someone vomited blood eh? Again this is not a standard flu symptom. Think about it for a moment - how is it known it was blood from the lungs. It would take an autopsy to suss that out.
I think its time you stepped back from the internet.
(PS I think this is the start of a zombie apocalypse - you heard it here first)
