i wouldn't called it havoc unless your in hubei. Me old man lives in china (qingdao) and life seems pretty normal just everyman and his dog has a mask. people still buying groceries and what ever they normally buy.... but yes social scene has gone quite but thats got nothing to do with a2.
The point is people still has to eat just like how babies has to drink... so yes people are moving around the city to buy food and necessities to survive. this is just common sense...
