I suggest you read what I write more carefully instead of taking it out of context. They go to the supermarkets for their personal shopping which is permitted if you're wearing a mask. But all work spaces are closed so they work from home. As I said its anecdotal so from their personal experiences shopping. Hope this clarifies this simple point for you.
