@Smug- Real estate always is slower to recover than stocks. Wait for a correction in the stock market and when stocks start showing signs of recovery by making higher lows over 2-3 months then you know real estate has likely bottomed and you know you’re not the mug who bought at the top. You’ve still got plenty of time to watch and wait.
2009 the stock market bottomed out and it took real estate another year or two to start showing signs of consistent growth.
