I have really enjoyed reading your posts on the A2 forum.

I personally think the property market will be flat at best over the next 2 years (I know in Sydney some prices in areas have declined from their peak).

What you have to ask yourself is what price do you think A2 will be in one years time? Two years time? I personally think it will be at least 20% higher than today’s closing price. Nothing goes up in a straight line forever and a retraction is a certainty and healthy for a stock. However, strong fundamentals will always prevail in the end.

From what I have read about your situation it sounds like you are trying to secure and build your dream home for your family. You only have one life and money will always come and go but have a plan, stick to it and do whatever you feel is right in your situation for both yourself and your family. PS the margin of safety plan in your previous post sounds good
