Charting is not one of my strengths but looking at my "Depth Histogram Chart" there are plenty of buyers lined up under the last sale price so I think a shorter is dumping large amounts of stock at market price to over whelm buyers.
Classic dump and pump I think.
They probably have a good algo to optimise their efforts.
