It most definitely won't bounce off the same bottom.
In Aug-Oct 2018 it went from a peak of $11.8 down to $8.3 (30% drop).
In Aug-Nov 2019 it went from a peak of $17 down to $11.2 (34% drop). Note that both the peak and bottom are higher YoY.
This year I see it going from its peak of $20 down to $14 if it does its annual 30% drop, before turning the corner and breaking $30 next year.
The SP consistently drops 30%, then doubles over several months, drops 30% again, then doubles again and so on.
