Gap at $13.84 should now close given the bearish engulfing pattern forming today and the double top and major resistance just above $15. The company essentially said today that all the stars need to align perfectly for it just to meet FY guidance ("dependent on a number of key assumptions" and "uncertainty to this forecast"). So the odds of a downgrade before the end of the FY are quite high.
