Share prices move on three things. 1 - Fundamentals (including macro), 2 - Sentiment, 3 - Technicals. If either 1 or 3 come into question, 2 will often come under attack. Currently we do not have concrete evidence that growth in Q4 was stunted due to new IF labelling and therefore investors are unsure if growth is plateauing. So in this case both 1 and 3 are being questioned / tested, hence sentiment has gone negative. When positive guidance / growth is confirmed, fundamentals will turn green, technicals will turn green, and sentiment and share price will turn green too. Capiche?
