shorters are basing their hopes on next months results not being ok.
If the companies pessimistic guidance is achieved, the share price will do more than move slowly. You only have to read these threads to see people are pulling the trigger and buying at these levels.
Approx $600 million worth of shares are currently shorted, watch the squeeze happen when they all try to close their positions.
