Except the daily candles look nothing alike! on a more 'macro' level yes it is similar and by no means is the bottom in.
If I had to rate strength of a turn around I would say an engulfing candle followed by a hammer is a stronger signal than a normal green candle followed by an inside day. Of course this assumes we make the hammer by closing near the days high.. not sure if that will happen yet
high volume would make this turnaround even more convincing.
