They didn't blame the diagou. They blamed the need to overstock inventory and got caught with too much. Unfortunate, poor mgmt, whatever you say - quite a few supply-chains got messed up by covid. There's not exactly a playbook with how to mitigate it.
The worst is behind us for the corporate diagou, that trend has bottomed out. But, MBS is everything when it comes to IF and sales of complementary products.
I could write a book with what you don't know.
