I am not chart guru like hoots but know basics, when macd crossover happened with bbi price above the line into bullish area (usually you need few days to confirm this reversal), it is a time to buy. However, these are quite time lagging, when a reversal forms maybe it is too late to enter at a good price. IMO TA is good to decide when to take profit however fundamental analysis is better for taking a position. Do your own research, if the SP is undervalued based on PE, PB, future growth, then it is time to buy. Thats is why I am accumulating in A2M, not financial advice off course, good luck.
