Who is calling the bottom? why can't both risk and opportunity be hedged by taking partial entries if it makes sense to do so.
Why does it have to be all in?
In my opinion investing is done at the margins (ie marginal buy/marginal sell). (ie think like an insurance company)
No need to throw everything at once.
Its worked for me over the years.
