You don't sound harsh. It's pure facts in this case.
Sometimes it's hard to pinpoint why brands resonate with consumers so strongly and others don't. But I feel that many don't give themselves and other consumers credit for being discerning when picking choosing among alternatives. A2 is the original, the have the best 'story' and consumers know this.
This is especially the case when it comes to infant formula. It's not like buying a jar of peanut butter.
People who can't or refuse to recognise this will continually miss the point when it comes to this company.
