I thought the market not only read it on the 8am EST report date of 25/02 but also reacted to it in the following sell off on that day. Why was there a sell off when the previous downgrade has already alluded to a low range revenue of $1.4b Rev and HY confirmed that ? Because the market didn’t like this paragraph and this assumption in the HY and hence a big sell off to build that into the SP. Market tends to be over cautious and oversell a stock while it’s in headwind and over optimistic when it has the tailwind.
