It is very unlikely that any potential takeover is going to come from another infant-formula manufacturer like Nestle. If there is going to be a takeover, it would be by the CCP. And just like any other other takeover conducted by the CCP, it would be a hostile one. Why bargain when you can take? And at the moment the CCP has complete control of A2M from manufacturing to distribution.
