people said that when it hit 19 all the way to he third down grade and now... the issue is that we know where that bottom is, whats worse is that it will never get pass it's 3rd down grade and end up like Blackmore's where it becomes stagnant.... as I posted before it's hard to forecast where current prices will be at in weeks, or months, but hearing nothing from management is more concerning especially the new ceo...
