The ironic thing is holders want an update, but the update isn't going to be any good or help the share price. An update is only going to confirm what most of the market already knows - that trading conditions haven't improved, the "significant improvement" in the daigou/reseller channel in Q4 that the company was relying on to meet guidance hasn't eventuated and that there continues to be "unprecedented levels of uncertainty". And throw in that Chinese label sales, whilst still growing, the growth rate has tapered off.
The market isn't going to like any of it. The market likes certainty and the company won't be able to provide the market with any.
