Management has NOT been disingenuous at all.
They didn't know how to deal with the swarm that happened to sales in the last few years.
They didn't spent share holders money.
But they also didn't know what to do with share holders money.
In the end they sold their own shares, because the market gave them the opportunity to do so.
Think about it, several CEO's in and out: they took one look said, I don't know why, but everyone wants our product. I can't come out with a long term strategy around this.
Then covid hits, Daigo disappear: lots of problems.
