Thanks for advising daigou prices are rising. If this is true it infers demand is coming back, the high / old inventory channels will tend to reduce and A2m may be able to reverse part of its inventory write down provision, which will increase profit and EPS.
When forecast EPS improves all brokers will have to increase their target prices.
If all of this is true, this is not a dead cat bounce, its buyers anticipating a re-rating of brokers price targets.
Next week will tell.
