Milk (powder) is a commodity. There is little to tell a1/a2 apart.
Step one - have a product that separates your product from the rest of the market = a2
Step two - produce that product in a country with happy cows fed grass in clean air and stringent production standards = NZ canterbury plains.
Mix together and throw in a shortfall supply and top off with an increase in demand.....................................................
