The NSW decision to scrap quarantine was the big game changer in the Australian pandemic response! Dan Andrews has already indicated that he expects Victoria to be closely aligned with NSW on international borders i.e. Australia is open for business. Other States will follow suit.
From Nov 1, all eyes will be on Sydney Airport - and Australian is going to be watching people coming and going but the world not ending. I would expect that by end of Nov, the Feds, who don't want to be in the way, will announce that skilled migrants, international students can come in before tourists shortly afterwards (by Christmas).
The world is opening up fast, many countries are loosening travel restrictions on a daily basis. I fully expect Australian Universities to be operating at their full capacity of international students beginning 2022... and business will be booming for A2M!!
