Averages must have changed there meaning. Considering the 4% is what appears to be the low of shorts and considering a quick look at the chart without doing the numbers one would figure the average of shorts to be about 6% on a quick look.
so the current shorts are well below the normal and would appear to be the lowest for awhile if one is being geniiune
