The bells were ringing when it couldn't break higher into the $20,s with the alarm sounding on the cross at $17 and it hasn't looked like making a meaningful trend change since.
Still we have a potential double top and a potential triple bottom pattern both without a confirmation signal sitting within the current sideways range trading
