Astonishing that a company would offer performance rights or STI/LTIs! Why on earth would we want executives to be incentivised to drive performance and ultimately lift the earnings of the company and share price?!
Bortolussi's salary is pretty conservative by market/industry standards - if he and the management team are incentivised to trade their 'sweat equity' for rewards, I'm all for it. After all, I think we can all agree that getting A2M/ATM back humming is not an easy gig.
