Thanks, haven't got a response to mine yet but i expect this is the stock standard cut and paste one they've spent the past week coming up with.
Can't say I am surprised and this is what I warned everyone to expect. Those assuming that the company would do something/anything at all to benefit from the situation would be dissapointed. They appear to lack a great deal of adaptability.
Talking about WIC and regulatory approvals completely misses the point and looks to be from their standard response on this question BEFORE the shortages and temporary relaxation of import restrictions. To send formula now, in the current window, it doesn't need to be manufactured in the USA. And the WIC program is clearly falling short at the moment.
Very disappointing response IMO.
