SP solid and holding gains, rising daily. Only three main themes right now imo:
1. FDA approval, may or may not happen but looks more likely than not, market has priced in the possibility but not the optimism. Would bolt up on approval, but not reliant on it. Shame if it didn't happen, a lost leg up into USA IF. Great if it does happen.
2. Largest Aus Diagou shutdown, cut out the opaque back channel without performance targets, backfill Diagou is ramping up. Not material except Diagou channel is still a thing, and coming back, just under better control. Neutral market pending results.
3. Results on target, the turnaround is in play. Won't know until announce soon, though no sign it isn't happening. Expect back on track for recovery and growth, just at what rate to be unveiled.
Maybe one lesser theme, so much cash on the balance sheet, about time we found out what they're going to do with it. Buy back, dividend, capital acquisition. Can't keep ignoring this. Wait for the results announce.
And possibly one other, the foray downstream in the value chain into manufacturing, buying into Synlait and MVM, how's that tracking, are we a producer yet, in what volumes, or when.
Not long to wait, current SP action is FOMO imo, better to be onboard now than chase the TINA higher.
