I believe institutions are dumping the stock when it reaches to a certain price point in order to realise some profits. Drop happened today from highs (7.07) to 6.94 was remarkable and same pattern happened again over and over in the last few weeks.
I think a strong buyback can break this ceiling otherwise we will hover around $6.7-$7.1 for a while unless we have some strong results announced in Feb.
