Well your comments are a bit inconsistent considering your sentiment is buy.
The rinse and repeat isnt actually true as the company buying up shares in the open market restricts this. If they are to maintain their holdings they cant keep selling to keep a cap on the price. It would require people believing they can make more money elsewhere and selling for them to maintain their positions.
To be honest if you think like this about the company and its inability to get past it, why keep investing?
