Yep all controlled by the big fish, retail fish are just minnows swimming around in a shark tank. As I remember the same poster mentioned that $5.08 price a while back so yes would appear to be downnramping for all intensive purposes. With a lot more ducks lined up the only reason I could see the price legitimately getting down to that level would be some major unforseen event or failure to obtain registration renewal.
