Yep, I don't know why some people can only fathom two possible reasons when the SP doesn't go the way they want, 1) insto manipulation; or 2) terrible management.
Is it really so hard to believe that there are sometimes genuine factors outside of management's control?
Or that manipulation, where it does exist, can just as easily influence a stock's price upwards, as it can downwards? And that strong, sustained earnings performance will always ultimately trump manipulation in the long run.
Sometimes these reasons are applicable but more often than not they simply serve to give posters a punching bag to make themselves feel better. It's harder to vent your frustration at things more abstract things like demographics, ingredient costs, and approval processes.
