I do agree with your reasoning for once. Not deliberately being negative here but will Bright Dairy be interested after all in relinquishing more control or even their stake maybe? Maybe they will want all the control ? They may need A2 now but they can likely pivot to supply any of their Mates in the Homeland if need be ? China has a massive stake in dairy processing outright in NZ , they are here for a good reason and are not stupid as we all know. Westland Milk company and Oceania to name a couple of the most recent takeovers. Milk production is currently down in Australia for a number of reasons and NZ is good at one thing at least , dairy. It just doesn't sit well with me in general the Chinese owning these Assets degrading the environment , sucking all our rivers dry and even damaging all our roads with the tankers ( just look at the west Coast) All to feed their own population. Just saying .
