Thanks to both of you for pointing to possible reasons for the 2.5% drop yesterday. No point arguing as it could be either, neither or both of those reasons and there's no way of knowing.
I find broker reports interesting to read not for the price target and recommendations, but more to see the research notes. They will only include the data points that support their case. But between a few of them you can start to get a better picture. Unfortunately I don't have access to many of them and it's usually just the headline recommendation that is shared on media, which I agree is pretty useless.
