You should really blame Xi than DB. I reckon DB did a good job to turn the company around during the difficult time. But one thing I agree with you is that they need to come up a plan for their fat balance sheet. They should start paying divident or something. After all, part of SP is reflection of people's confidence. The company needs to give more confidence to the investor!
