The LTI addition appears to be what we ordinarily expect the CEO would be required to do in any event? You make the link between long term revenue growth and EPS growth as key drivers of shareholder value creation. Will you guarantee that if both revenue and EPS measures are achieved, that shareholders will see a commensurate benefit?
