Vote No en masse to all resolutions and also complete the section which asks for shareholder questions. Give me the question to ask and at the very least, I'll add it to my voting forms. My question would be along the lines of "In an environment of systemic SP underperformance, why are we adding incrementally to CEO Total Remuneration? The LTI addition appears to be what we ordinarily expect the CEO would be required to do in any event? You make the link between long term revenue growth and EPS growth as key drivers of shareholder value creation. Will you guarantee that if both revenue and EPS measures are achieved, that shareholders will see a commensurate benefit?
