yeah, good, forgot about that insurance angle.
I believe the case is weak but it’s still a minor distraction till it’s done with, and I think it’s somehow maybe altered their approach to announcements and updates. I don’t know why it would.
Thrown out? Great. I thought they were only suspending the NZ one until they were finished with the cases in AUS.
