Oh right. Not sure where I got the idea it was scrapped, maybe I'm thinking about some of the class actions getting merged. Pretty sure that happened with the Australian based ones now that I think about it. Goes to show how how slow those things are, and at the end of it, it really is peanuts that the actual shareholders get. Although I think the settlement amounts by law now only allow for a certain % to go to the lawyers, which probably wasn't the case when I was in the BAL one.
