(too) money in the bank & riding the post COVID wave will be his self proclaimed corporate salvation. let him have his 5 mins of sunshine, shake his hand and welcome the new chair to take the microphone. let's start behaving like a growth business again. correct systemic Retail AU Supply Chain / Customer Relationship issues, keep building out China plan, accelerate US objectives, build deeper line of sight on manufacturing, drive smart NPD (not all will win, that's life) and manage A2M capital with intelligence. probably a few more to mention, we have so many levers.
