Pretty clear from the announcment that A2m have no involvement with what is going on and have been sidelined, the board will make the decisions, Bright have 4 board members(50%), A2m none.. Unless there is a need for a shareholder vote It is probably be at best a cursory info to A2m.
It would appear Bright will be bailing out SM1 with a funding package.
