Can SML issue redeemable bonds to Bright?
Issued at discount to current SP with x% rate redeemable for shares?
This would be (if possible) a big increase in their stake for sweet F A ….is this how they get around NZ foreign ownership laws and potentially why they are not involving A2? If the numbers balanced once (if) bonds were redeemed for shares would not Bright have just taken over SML ?
