Very well written, Even if A2 end up with the assets in the end if they get them in a hostile situation you could almost guarantee that the SAMR would mysteriously not be renewed for them…remember SML making such a big deal about thanking Bright for their help getting the SAMR renewed… Bright are going to increase their holding over this company for sweet stuff all, and A2 are going to pay the rest…quite simply if they don’t they don’t have a channel to their biggest market.
