Insto's like UBS pumped it up to $20 before Covid, they will pump up or trash down, whatever floats their boat at any given point in time. They are making money no matter what they do either from their bots working the market on both sides simultaneously combined with shorting or overinflating the price to suck retail punters in before then trash talking to bring it down again.
