Still.. The SML situation can still create major issues for A2m. As someone pointed out on the NZX share trader forum, Bright may have instigated this on purpose so can potentially takeover the company. I hate to admit this as they may be FUD spreading but they seem could be right. Given SML holds the license and a2 have not mitigated the risk of production they may have to be dragged into something they do not want. a2 may be forced to pay premium on shares or something. This could easily tank a2 price again, especially since have heard nothing about it. We all thought was in the clear last year gain to around this price then look what happened. a2 need to make clear that the situation with Bright has no effect and stamp out any naysayers who will jump on bad news for good.
