Nah, I saw that earlier but it's not likely to be the reason. I am pretty sure there were already restrictions about advertising of formula for 0-12 months, this is just extending it to livestreaming which has taken off as a sales channel in recent years. It's similar here in Australia and a lot of other countries in order to encourage breastfeeding below 12 months.
